  • Measuring your exercise VO2 is the gold standard for assessing your cardiorespiratory fitness which is a prominent component of longevity.

    The results of this test help identify your exercise capacity and target areas of improvement that the team at Restore Human can help you train.

  • Measuring and developing grip strength is crucial for both longevity and performance. Grip strength is a key indicator of overall muscle health and function, often correlating with longevity and reduced risk of mortality.

    A strong grip enhances daily activities, making tasks easier and reducing the risk of injuries. Prioritizing grip strength fosters resilience, supporting an active and independent lifestyle as you age.
