The care, attention to detail, movement instruction and programming our Coaches provide is first rate. You'll get personalize solutions that take into consideration where you are at and where you want to be.

Sessions range from $100 per hour up to $145 per hour

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND GENERAL AGREEMENT
All prices will have 5% GST added at checkout and an extra 7% PST on equipment.
24 hours notice must be given for missed sessions. No-shows are subject to a 100% charge.
There is a 6-month expiration date on all our services from the date of purchase.
If the Coach you purchase sessions with becomes unexpectedly unavailable, we'll do our best to find the appropriate replacement or provide a refund.
We don't have harsh contracts, if you have questions about your purchases please let us know.
